Invoice will be due for immediate payment, but call us for credit terms.
If you are late with any payment, please notify us immediately to discuss, as sums unpaid by the due date, may attract a 2% interest charge per month, or part thereof, plus all expenses in obtaining the sums due.
For all EEC, Countries VAT is applied at the appropriate %.

Advertising
Your advert will appear in the calendar as agreed, provided that full payment has been received.
You will receive, one Free copy of the Animation Source Calendar.

Images
Images need to be in by the specified deadline for selection.
All images will be selected.
A high resolution version of each selected image will be required.
The high reslution image will need to be received by the deadline.

If for any reason the Calendar is not produced, your entry will appear in the next calendar, or if you prefer, a refund of the advertising fee minus the booking & preparation fee which is 10% of the total advert cost.
Failure to adhere to any of the above T&C may result in disappointment by your advert or image failing to appear.
Any additions & alterations to these terms & conditions will be placed here on our website.
