By producing this UK Calendar we are creating a unique opportunity to advertise & promote, your productions, products & services, as well as, show some of the best animation images, and list many industry events.

The 10,000 calendars will be distributed FREE to the whole UK animation industry.
This 18 month Calendar launches this year.
With a superb animation image for each month, (plus the Front Cover), this Calendar will be a must for everyone involved in the Animation Industry.

Send us your images, so that we may select from the best.
We require 18 images for each Calendar month, plus one for the Front Cover.
size : 278mm x 160mm for each monthly image and accompanying text.
For possible selection, just send small images (by email or snail mail) for convenience. Only send images that you have full copyright rights to.
You do not have to buy advertising space to enter your image.

Payment
Invoice will be due for immediate payment, but call us for credit terms.

If you are late with any payment, please notify us immediately to discuss, as sums unpaid by the due date, may attract a 2% interest charge per month, or part thereof, plus all expenses in obtaining the sums due.
For all EEC, Countries VAT is applied at the appropriate %.
UK VAT is 17.5%

Terms & Conditions in Brief . . .

Advertising
Your advert will appear in the calendar as agreed, provided that full payment has been received.
You will receive, one Free copy of the calendar.

Images
Images need to be in by the specified deadline for selection.
All images will be selected.
A high resolution version of each selected image will be required.
The high reslution image will need to be received by the deadline.

If for any reason the Calendar is not produced, your entry will appear in the next calendar, or if you prefer a refund of the advertising fee. Booking & preparation makes up 10% of the advert cost.
Failure to adhere to any of the above T&C may result in disappointment by your advert or image failing to appear.
Any additions & alterations to these terms & conditions will be placed here on our website.
